Voters will be required to show a photo ID when voting in the primary on Feb. 21. A driver's license or state-issued identification cards are acceptable identification.
Voters will also be required to sign the poll book when voting in the primary election.
In the Ozaukee County communities of Mequon and Thiensville, voters will select six-of-seven candidates for the Mequon-Thiensville School Board and four-of-five candidates for the Thiensville Village Board.
Candidates for the School Board are incumbents Cindy Miske and Michele Ziegler and challengers Ed Allen, Stephanie Clark, Gary Laev, Roman Larson and Cheryle Rebholz.
Candidates for the Village Board are incumbents Toni Ihler and Don Molyneux and challengers Kim Beck, Kenneth Kucharski and William Read.
There is not a lot on the ballot for North Shore residents living in Milwaukee County. Residents will vote on a candidate for Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Branch 17. The candidates are incumbent Nelson Phillips III and challengers Christopher Lipscomb Sr. and Carolina Starks. The two top vote-getters advance to April 3 election.
A complete list of polling sites follows. Take note, only one polling location will be open in Brown Deer and Glendale. Polling locations in Mequon and Shorewood have changed slightly.
